The more overlap the more safety you get
against liquid or gas going in or out of the
wrapped bale. With 750mm wide film you
have up to 50% more overlap. With ROTOWRAP
bales are overall more closely and tightly
wrapped, especially at the corners. The combination
of wide film with the rotation of the
bale brings a very fast and efficient wrapping
process. ROTOWRAP machines have less film
breakage with the 750mm wider film which
is stronger than the 500mm film, as well as
from more film per roll.
For example: A 750mm film roll is 25kg instead
of only 20kg with the 500mm film. With a consumption
of 750g/bale on Rotowrap every 66
bales is a stop instead of 52 bales you get out
of two rolls 500mm film. Less interruptions by
breaking film and changing the film rolls brings
high availability and reliability.
